All Things Sourdough
This year I decided I was going to start making sourdough bread. It's been a journey to say the least since I didn't have an ounce of talent in the baking department. But can I say how much I love making sourdough, its honestly been so fun to try new receipts and test new foods that I never thought I would be able to make. So here it is, a collection of recipes from several talented bakers that I was able to create (zero talent in baking). I hope you enjoy them as much as my family has!
You can check out my videos on my Pinterest - Naturally Hicks to see how I make each kind of bread!
Sourdough Starter
I purchased my sourdough starter from Ballerina Farms and let me tell you, I give her step by step video full credit for being successful at making sourdough bread. Like I said before, zero talent in the baking world but watching her make bread for her family kept me up at night. I so desperately wanted to be able to make bread, I was able to put my fear aside and purchased her sourdough starter and it snowballed from there. I would highly recommend purchasing from her website at ballerina farms.com.

Sandwich Bread
This has been by far my favorite, and personally the easiest. I start the dough in the evening, let it rinse all night long and bake in the morning. Video HERE!

BREAD
Although this bread will take small increments of your time throughout majority of the day it's so worth it! I like to start this bread right away in the morning so its ready around dinner time.
